Did you know that 80% of the typical American diet comes from mainly processed foods, it stands to reason that cutting back on these (or cutting them out entirely) has significant health benefits and effects. It makes even more sense when we consider the health benefits and disease prevention qualities of eating more raw foods.

Not only are you maximizing the raw, uncooked, and unhindered nutritional benefits of the foods you do eat, but you’re reducing the amount of energy the body needs to spend on detoxification and cleansing. This means there’s more energy left over for everything else!

No matter what your reasons for wanting to try a raw diet might be, there are many other positive effects that may occur naturally. To help you transition into a raw food lifestyle, it is important to surround yourself with like-minded enthusiasts who are keen to do the same thing.

Meet The Host of The Raw Food Challenge

My name is Jennifer Gieseke, the facilitator of the FREE Raw Food Challenge, and I am motivated to help those curious about cultivating a raw food diet and healthy lifestyle to get kick-started in a way which will positively impact their entire lives.

In addition to my life experience I have completed the following specifically to help others on their health journey:

I am a licensed Food for Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee of Responsible Medicine (PCRM).

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods and practical lifestyle management techniques.

I also completed the certificate program in Plant-Based Nutrition with the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies where I had the opportunity to review evidence-based information on health and nutrition including the prevention and reversal of diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.

This is For You

If you’re interested in trying out a raw food diet but feel you could use a little bit more guidance and support, as well as motivation along the way, then this will be perfect for you. You’ll be joined by a group of like-minded health-seekers dedicated to improving their quality of life by improving the foods they consume and their awareness of raw foods.

During this challenge you will receive daily emails and Facebook posts (in a private group) designed to challenge and help you ease into adding more raw foods to your diet. This is not a "cold turkey" (so-to-speak) challenge, unless you want it to be! We will approach this lifestyle in a manner that will give you confidence and set you up for success. Topics include: Examining Current Eating Patterns; Eliminating or Reducing Processed Foods; Raw Substitutes; How to Avoid Hunger; and more valuable information.

As a grand finally, on June 26th from 9am to 1pm, I'll be offering a Raw Foods "Cooking" Class at my house. Together we will prepare dishes ranging from breakfast through desserts. Space will be limited to 5 participants and the cost will be $50 per person.

I’ll be supporting you every step of the way - answering questions, motivating you through difficult days, and providing challenges daily to hold you accountable.
